Assessing Your Total Health
How healthy are you? How happy are you? Do you feel fulfilled, capable and alive? Are physical limitations keeping you from enjoying life completely? Are you happy with the relationships in your life? Do you feel connected to God in prayer? These are all questions we should ask of ourselves, and then take a step further by fully assessing our "Total Health". A true assessment of our health is necessary before making important decisions about improving our overall health and wellness.
In Step 3 of this section, you will be offered tools and forms to help you perform assessments of your overall health and wellness. Before you can move forward on the path to wellness you need to know where you are right now. Ask yourself these questions:
