The Importance of the Commitment Process
"Whether therefore ye eat or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all unto
the glory of God." I Corinthians 10:31
The power of the mind, and in setting your intent to act upon something,
is immeasurable. Knowing you need to make changes is not enough. You must
recognize the need, then commit to the process of change itself.
This is your commitment to choose better health and wellness by following the steps that Holy Healthy have provided for you. You have not set any goals or chosen any plan for improving your health yet, but you are ready to begin and dedicated to taking the steps to better health. A program is only as good as your commitment to it.
If you are ready to begin, print and complete the following commitment form. This is YOUR personal commitment, and will serve as a reminder of the commitment you have made to yourself and to God. Post it wherever you will see it daily, and reaffirm your commitment every morning.
Commitment Form
Holy Healthy UMC provides you a printable Commitment Form that you sign
to state your commitment to better health. Commitment

Keep Your Records
We recommend that you use a standard 3- ring binder to keep all your information
together. Be sure to fill out the Personal Assessment Form and place it
in your 3-ring binder so you’ll know right where it is. Include your
Food and Stress Diaries, copies of any articles, recipes, exercise plans,
etc. that you find on your journey towards better health!
