Four Steps Towards Overall Health
Making a choice to create a healthier lifestyle, or to work on health issues that you may face, is the most important step in making personal progress. Let's face facts, though: beginning to make the necessary lifestyle changes is harder, and sticking with it is even harder still.
Example: According to existing medical research, fewer than five percent of all dieters succeed in losing a significant amount of weight and maintaining that weight loss over a five-year period. Ninety percent of all dieters regain some or all of the weight originally lost and at least one-third gain more.
Becoming healthy requires more than just caring for your physical body. Your mental/emotional, social and spiritual health are also vital components necessary for overall well-being.
In order to achieve success, you must take a few crucial steps in the beginning:
Understand the concept of "Total Health"
Make the Commitment, and learn to stick with it
Assess your current health, and then Set Goals
Find the Tools to help YOU succeed
