PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
The
Arkansas Conference is sending materials to every church in the state later
this month to help you spread the word about Holy Healthy UMC.
Just in time for Holy Healthy Sunday, you will find the materials needed
to kick-off the celebration in your local church, and plenty to keep the
excitement going through the coming months.
Below is a list with descriptions of the materials you will receive. Click on the PDFs to view some samples. To order additional materials, contact us at the information listed below.
BULLETIN INSERTS
Each church will receive enough bulletin inserts for their worship bulletins on Sunday, January 27th. Then in a few months, you will receive another shipment with a second insert. Encourage your members and visitors to take these inserts home, and keep them close to their computers.

POSTERS
In addition to the inserts, you will also receive at least one poster for use in the church. Hang this in a prominent place with high traffic. To see a sample of the poster, CLICK HERE to download a PDF.
PROMOTIONAL CD
In addition to the print materials, your church will also receive a CD containing a variety of promotional materials. These are to be used throughout the year during worship, in your bulletins and newsletters, at "Holy Healthy events", and wherever else you may need them. Included on the CD are:
- Power Point Slides -Many churches now use visual aids before or during worship, or as supplements to special programs. Multiple slides have been created as examples of the materials available on the website resource, with instructions on their use.
- Holy Healthy Graphics - Many of the recognizable Holy Healthy graphics are provided for you to use to draw attention to your promotion of the resource and your local health events.
- Ads for your Bulletin, Newsletter and Local Media - Get the word out with eye-catching ads! Color and black/white versions of ads are provided, focusing on a variety of subjects.
- News Releases- Let your community know that we care about health and wellness. News releases are provided in a short and long format.
- Holy Healthy Logos and Photos - Feel free to use these high-quality logos and photographs in your own promotional materials. We want the image of Holy Healthy UMC to be recognized far and wide!
- "Healthy Corner" Facts - Create a "Healthy Corner" of your newsletter and/or bulletin. Not only do we give you layout ideas, but we also provide pages of facts, statistics, ideas and resources for you to choose from, depending upon how much space you have to fill.
